Pickling tank is a container used for chemical treatment to remove rust, oxide scale and other sundries on the surface of various metal parts. Alkali resistance, acid resistance, high temperature resistance, good corrosion resistance, can store all kinds of liquids.

According to the concentration and temperature of corrosive medium, different anti-corrosion material resins (including ordinary poly resin, epoxy resin and vinyl ester resin) are selected to cooperate with alkali free glass felt or glass fiber cloth for production.

1、 Tank structure design

The horizontal stiffener, vertical stiffener and support bar at the bottom of the groove shall be divided according to the size of the groove, and the plate thickness of the groove bottom and groove wall shall be checked according to the strength and stiffness requirements, so that the divided size can meet the requirements of plate thickness of 4mm. Then, the section coefficient and moment of inertia of horizontal stiffener, vertical stiffener and groove bottom support bar are calculated respectively according to the size of division and the requirements of strength and stiffness., Select the appropriate section steel according to the section coefficient and moment of inertia of various sections.

2、 Pickling tank heating

The liquid in the pickling tank is processed with a plastic King capillary heat exchanger to heat hot water with a heat source greater than 85 ℃ (the hot water is heated by steam). The plastic King wool thin tube heat exchanger is vertically placed on the inner wall side of the pickling tank, and the hot water is injected into the capillary of the heat exchanger. Under the conduction of the pipe wall, the acid washing liquid is heated quickly and stably, and the cooled condensate is led out of the capillary to the pickling tank.
